  • 1/2 cup soaked + drained cashews
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove fresh garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large or 3 small purple cabbage leaves

Colorful, delicious, healthy, dairy free and low fat, this dip is easy to make and it’s so pretty! Get this lavender color naturally with just a few purple cabbage leaves. A great snack anytime. Enjoy eating the rainbow!


Blend everything in blender until smooth. That’s it! Enjoy with some fresh veggies, potatoes, pour it over a grain bowl, or use as a salad dressing. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
